NexaChat Community Rules
Effective date: 10/10/2026. NexaChat is built for respectful conversations and genuine connections. By using NexaChat, you agree to these Community Rules, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy.
1. Treat people with respect
Be kind, honest, and considerate. Disagreement is welcome when it stays respectful. Do not bully, threaten, shame, stalk, intimidate, harass, or repeatedly target another person. Do not use hateful language or content directed at someone because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or another protected characteristic.
2. Keep minors safe
Do not post, request, share, or encourage sexual, exploitative, or harmful content involving anyone under 18. Do not groom, solicit, or seek inappropriate private contact with minors. If you believe someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services and report the concern to NexaChat.
3. Respect privacy and consent
Do not share another person’s private information without permission. This includes real names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, passwords, private messages, images, recordings, location information, or financial information. Do not impersonate another person or falsely claim an affiliation with a person, group, or organization.
4. No illegal, harmful, or deceptive activity
Do not use NexaChat to break the law, make credible threats, encourage self-harm, scam or defraud people, send spam, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, sell prohibited goods or services, or coordinate harmful activity.
5. Keep conversations genuine
Do not flood chats, send repetitive messages, mass-advertise, use unauthorized bots, post misleading links, or manipulate engagement. Keep content appropriate for the room and audience you are participating in.
6. Moderation and enforcement
NexaChat moderators may remove content, restrict features, mute accounts, suspend access, or ban users when they reasonably believe these Rules or the Terms of Use have been violated. Action may be taken without prior notice when necessary to protect users or the service.
7. Report concerns
Use available reporting tools or contact us at https://nexachat.space/chat/contact_us.php to report rule violations, safety concerns, or account issues. Please include relevant usernames, dates, screenshots, or links when available. Do not misuse reports to harass or retaliate against another person.
8. Changes to these Rules
We may update these Community Rules when needed to reflect changes to NexaChat, safety practices, or legal requirements. The current version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
